Biography:

Anatoly Lazarev

was born on December 8th, 1974 in Donetskaya oblast. In 1997, he graduated from the Maritime State University named after Admiral G.I.Nevelskoy, with a specialization in the «Arrangement of transportation and management services for marine transport».

He started his labor history (career) as a stevedore at the company «Nakhodka Commercial Seaport», worked as a deputy operations manager of the production and transshipment complex. He also held the position of the first Deputy Director for CJSC «Blagoveshchensk Commercial port».

In 2010, he joined JSC «Vostochny Port» in the position of the Production manager, was assigned as the Managing Director on June 29th, 2012.

Anatoly Lazarev is a member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Vostochny Port ", a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of commercial seaports, a member of the Council on marine operations at the Governor’s office for Primorsky region, a member of a working group for the development of Nakhodka-Vostochnaya transportation hub.

Married, has two children.
